Creamed Honey is 100% raw/unpasteurized honey (the same as all of our honey).  It is created by making large crystallized honey into smaller crystals and works its way through the entire batch of creamed honey.  It gives a beautiful consistency!  Most people love it on toast because it isn't runny like liquid honey.
